This webinar will explore how decentralized pragmatic studies and learning health systems can work together to accelerate the evaluation, implementation, and refinement of digital health
technologies. Drawing on real world examples for care at home of patients with chronic diseases in ambulatory, acute, and post-acute settings, the session will highlight strategies for embedding
evidence generation into care delivery to support faster, more meaningful innovation that become part of standard of care through the existing healthcare reimbursement models.
