Common forms represent a collaborative effort between federal research agencies to create greater standardization and provide clarity regarding disclosure requirements. Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv) is an application that helps researchers assemble the professional information needed for participation in federally funded research. Beginning in May 2025, NIH will require senior and key personnel on all NIH funding proposals to use SciENcv to complete commons form. At this session, Monica Strathman, Sponsored Programs Specialist at KU Medical Center, will provide insight on the new requirements and instructions on how to prepare compliant common forms for applications.
