Our study explores workforce makeup, capacity, vacancies, and challenges like blood banking limitations due to staffing shortages and distance from processing facilities. Join Dr. Moser and Alexandra Corns, KUMC medical student, as they discuss the findings, recommendations, and gather feedback to help strengthen lab services in rural Kansas.
